The Villages isn't one neighborhood. Where you live can dramatically change your experience.
1. Pick Your Lifestyle Before Your House
Golf, pickleball, town squares, restaurants, shopping, healthcare, nature or peace and quiet—which matter most to you?
2. Newer Isn't Automatically Better
New construction has advantages, but established areas can offer mature landscaping, convenient locations and different home values.
3. Understand the Bond
Two similarly priced homes may have very different remaining bond balances. Know what you're taking on before comparing prices.
